I have tried a variety of means for automatically converting text into speech. Facilities which are free have sounded a bit too clunky. What is provided here is kindly made available for ‘free’ from BeyondWords.

This too has some limitations, both in pronunciation and in the amount of text I can convert for free.

I’m told it can be improved if I take out a paid subscription. Please listen the January chapter and let me know what you think:
